Refund / Cancellation and Return Policy

  1.  Exchange Policy: We make sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. But in case, you are unsatisfied with the order item(s), we would be happy to help you with exchanges.
  2.  Exchange Eligibility: We only offer an exchange for domestic orders. The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unwashed, unworn and must be returned with all its packaging and tags.
  3. We provide detailed product descriptions for every outfit along with its colour, fit, wash care and other details. However, due to differences in every gadget’s display setting, colours, etc., there might be a slight colour difference. Therefore, we will not be able to entertain or accept exchange requests under colour difference, fabric material, quality, etc..
  4. Kala Craft shall only entertain exchange requests for orders placed on our official website www.kalacraft.in

EXCHANGE PROCESS: 

  • You can raise the exchange query within 48 Hours of Delivery.
  • An amount of Rs.150 (per order) will be charged to process your exchange.
  • If you have received a damaged product or different product which you have ordered, please contact us via mail (help@kalacraft.in) with 48 hours of delivery.
  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area Pin Code.
  • Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved, we will dispatch the requested item within 48 working hours.
  • Exchanges for size will only be done once per order and multiple exchanges of products on the same order will not be entertained.
  • You can get in touch with us about any issues at our customer support portal by dropping a mail on (help@kalacraft.in) ,All queries will be solved between Monday-Friday, 10 am- 5 pm.

          SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

  • In case your Pin Code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you are requested to courier the product(s) to the following address:

  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact within 48 hours of receiving the product(s).


CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation will be allowed only if the material is out of stock.

  • We also reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders due to various reasons that may include reasons such as unavailability of fabrics/raw materials, wrong product listing or pricing on the website, and intimation by our analytics team for payment-related or fraudulent practices issues, etc.Our decision to accept or cancel shall remain final and binding.

REFUND POLICY

We ONLY do exchange. Refund will be entertained if the material is out of stock.
